Fresh Dining donates meals to fire victims -- Fresh Dining announced that it will sponsor a week's worth of food delivery free for 100 San Diego residents in areas hardest hit by the recent fires. Ready-to-eat meals will be delivered daily to their respective temporary residences.
In addition, Fire Relief Fresh Dining Gift Cards can be bought for individuals, families and charities at a reduced cost of $135 per week. The cards are available online at http://www.freshdining.com.
Also, Fresh Dining is working with the Poway Unified School District, of which 22 teachers and 300 students were left homeless by the fires, to offer meal sponsorships for school district members at reduced costs via the district's Web site at http://www.powayusd.com.
